We have a lovely Kelpie-Husky mix. She loves to be out all day and go to the dog park. She will also sit quietly at home and loves cuddles. An old 16 old lady, sleeps all day, likes to walk free in the park for less than 20 minutes. We live in lovely OC, 10 minute from the best beaches. You will have a hybrid SUV and first-class amenities as well as a pool and home cleaning service. Home was renovated pre CoVID. Easy access to public transport, airport 3min away, train 10 min away, all shopping within walking distance. Your own pet ok upon discussion.
