Here’s a little of who we are: James retired from Government of Manitoba - Department of Corrections in Dec 2016. Avis is mostly retired Dec 2021 from a 42 year carrier in financial services. We've both been security checked and we both hold US issued Nexus cards. We moved to High River Alberta, Canada from Manitoba in November 2020 to be closer to family and the mountains. We are both very active walkers and avid readers, we love to garden and we’re always looking for new places to explore. We are experienced caring for dogs and cats, owning a home, lawn and garden care. Having grown up on a farm in Manitoba’s Interlake Avis has experience with all animals from cows, horses, pigs, chickens, rabbits and of course there was always several cats and dogs on the farm. James is a city boy loves all animals.
