Rob is a Kiwi and I am a Scot . We moved to our present business as a semi-retirement choice, so our business is only open during the New Zealand summer and we travel during the New Zealand winter​/​European summer . We both love animals and although we only have one pet, our beloved Jack Russell terrier who came to NZ with us from Dubai, we live next door to a sheep farm and often help out with the neighbour's stray sheep and goats. Rob is a very handy around the house, and I am very level headed and good in an emergency, so so we don't panic easily or bother too much if things go wrong with the electrics. Living off grid in New Zealand has made us very self sufficient and taught us a lot of new skills.
