-I had two delightful sits for Julia and Curzon, the other being 3 weeks earlier. They had detailed notes prepared for me and additionally sent me photos to complete the picture. They were very welcoming hosts. The boys, Taliska, Monty, Scamp and Arty are a lively group of Burmese cats. Arty is the youngest and very animated, thinks he is the boss. It was great to get to know them and get accustomed to their ways. Thrumpton is a small hamlet tucked away to itself, but quite close to everywhere in the Midlands with easy access to the motorway. There is no through traffic, making it an oasis of peace and calm with lovely walks from both the front and back of the house which I enjoyed immensely. We kept in touch daily during the sits which was a great help and reassurance to me. The local community spirit was nice to experience. I would happily return again.

-Julia and Curzon, their cats, house, garden and general living space are all delightful. Communication and clarity first class. The house is part of a small community, with friendly neighbours all around. A tranquil, relaxing experience: I would not hesitate to recommend the people, pets, location and property.

-I have sat for these indoor cats before although there has been a bit of a change The Burmese cats are rather lively although two of them are older now than when I first looked after them just before lockdown and have calmed down a bit. The older cat, Scamp, who I met for the first time is a real sweetie. The house is nice and overlooks countryside. In the Summer it would be nice to sit out in the garden where there is a raised platform sitting area to give lovely views. The neighbours are friendly and helpful. Julia and her husband are very welcoming and leave good instructions, they are always contactable and like to know how things are going. There is not a shop in the village although there is a house nearby selling fresh free range eggs and a shop/post office is not far by car. There are some nice walks from the village.
