Since 2013 retirement nomadic living has included Thailand, Greece, Tenerife, Queensland and Cambodia. Our London SW1 flat is tenanted. Truly outstanding references. Non-smokers, immaculate housekeepers. We always had cats until our nomadic life began & we love all animals.Doing a house/cat-sit favour alerted us to house-sitting's benefits of time with animals when we don't have our own. We have renovated several houses and gardens in Aus and UK. Our careers involved problem-solving & being highly responsible & we want to give back more of that in retirement.
