It is a leap of faith having a stranger come to stay in your house and look after your beloved pet....but I can honestly say that Michelle and her dog Eddie have been superb housesitters. My rural location and rustico farmhouse throws up a lot of challenges....but Michelle coped with any issues in her stride, she is self reliant, problem solving, intelligent and practical. She is very good at communicating and sent regular updates and photos of my dog, so I did not have a moment's worry. When I returned after nearly 3 months, not only was my house and dog in better shape than when I left them, she had also gone to the trouble of buying new wine glasses....(among other things!)...for the new friends she said she had made for me! She went out of her way to introduce herself to my neighbours and friends and make herself a part of the local fabric. She came with her dog Eddie who instantly made friends with my dog and is a gentle easy going pooch. I have no hesitation in recommending her to look after your house and pets.

I have known Michelle for approximately 7 years (as at 2017). During that time she has house sat for me and my husband and proved to be pleasant, competent, reliable and trustworthy. House sitting for us involves taking care of and exercising three large and very active dogs as well as tending to three cats. All our pets obviously adore Michelle I would never have any qualms about leaving them in her care. My near neighbours also found her very comfortable to deal with. During her last stay on top of normal activities she also coped with a minor incident with one dog, a water leak and the effects of some unexpected council works in the area. I would have no hesitation in recommending her as a house/pet sitter.

Michelle very kindly looks after our apartment out in Cyprus for us. She keeps the place completely immaculate and always adds lots of thoughtful little touches for us when we go out there, stocking the fridge etc. She has always been completely trustworthy and has always gone above and beyond with all she has done for us. Michelle lived up to her impeccable reputation in every sense. Upon return there was not a grain of sand in the pool, weed in the garden or sign or wear in the squeaky clean house, not to mention a lovely meal ready for us on the table. She kept us up to date with news from home regularly and found time to play games and do some dog training exercises with Frisbee in addition to walks. And indeed, her dog Eddie is a darling, very well behaved and unimposing and the two dogs got on well immediately. It was a joy to come home. I would both highly recommend Michelle and be delighted to have her back here again.
