Cheryl did a fantastic job with my pups the last few days. They were well cared for, well fed and she kept them warm on their frequent walks. And as an unnecessary added bonus she laundered all of the linens before departing! Cheryl & Craig cared for my dogs for a full two weeks and in addition to doing a wonderful job, they were very flexible and accommodating along the way as my travel situation evolved and changed. They and the dogs connected very quickly and they kept me informed with pics, videos, and messages along the way without over doing it. And, upon my return, the apartment was spicNspan with all linens laundered as if no one had been there over the previous 2 weeks! It was delightful to have Craig and Cheryl come and sit with my kitty, Sally.  They were good enough to come over the day before so I could show them everything and I felt extremely comfortable leaving my house and my pet with them. They were very accommodating when she had some veterinary needs and left my home cleaner than it was before they arrived!! Cheryl and Craig a wonderful choice to look after my two fur-babies while I went away for a few days. They were very flexible and happy to fit in with my timings and plans. They brought their grandson along with them which had always been a possibility. If you get chance to meet him he's a delightful young lad and the perfect playmate for my two! Cheryl and Craig were ultra-neat and tidy and left the flat immaculate. They were safety conscious so there was no need to worry about the house cats getting out. From the initial video call, it was clear that they are kind, friendly intelligent people with a real love for animals - they asked all the right questions and put my mind at ease. Cheryl gave me regular updates on how Mustard was, and where they went adventuring. She was even able to stay an additional day when my flight was cancelled, for which I'm eternally grateful for her flexibility. I came back to a happy, well exercised and well behaved puppy! Cheryl and Craig were brilliant! They stepped in urgently when I needed to go away at short notice and despite logistical challenges were beautifully calm and friendly and offered flexibility and understanding. They were very responsive while I was away and sent updates and photos of the kittons. When they left, as we couldn’t meet to hand over, they provided detailed photos of how they were leaving the house and it was all spotless and exactly as in found it when I arrived.
