Hi I am joining HouseSit Match because I have recently retired and want to travel more. I live in a bungalow with a lovely garden and good neighbours near the sea side. Our Home and Location - My house has one bedroom and I have a lovely camp bed for my sitting room when friends visit. I live on the North East coastline in England, in a village called Murton. This is very near the town of Seaham (20 min by bus) which has a beautiful seafront with lots of cafes ( some are dog friendly ) restaurant's pubs and a shopping complex called Byron place which also has a large Asda Superstore. Near Public Transport - The bus stop is a short 2 min walk away from the house. Amenities - In only 10 mins on the bus you can be at the Dalton Park complex which has a range of shops, supermarkets and a cinema. You can also get to Sunderland by bus (30 mins) and then take the metro from there to Newcastle where you will find all kinds of museums, and fun attractions. The Seaside - The walk along the seafront is beautiful and you can access the beach. Also by car you can travel to Seaburn on the coast road or venture further afield up the North East coast. My Dog - I have a beautiful westie aged 13 called Bella who I adopted in May after fostering her for 2 years. Bella is very loving and friendly; she is healthy and loves her little walks (30 mins) and is generally a friendly dog. My home is her home so she’s spoilt and does sleep on my bed!
