I’m a retired city planner ready for adventures in new places. I enjoy getting to know a place and the people in it. I have exchanged my home with people in other countries and love seeing a new area from a resident’s perspective. I look forward to having that experience with house sitting. Over the years I’ve owned cats and dogs of all sizes and health. My pandemic dog was an 11 year-old, 90 pound (40 kilogram) German Shephard who needed a new home. We had a few good years together. I enjoy gardening and grow most of my own vegetables. After staying in someone’s home, I always take care to leave it clean and to communicate directly about any issues.
