We're a friendly, active, responsible, non-smoking US couple, animal-lovers with a lifetime of experience caring for cats and dogs. Peter grew up with a variety of dogs and Joan grew up with numerous cats, and together we have cared for three cats while raising our two children. Now the children have grown and moved out, we've retired to a smaller home on Cape Cod and no longer have pets, but miss having them very much. We've been homeowners for over 35 years and also landlords for both long-term year-round rentals as well as short-term vacation rentals.
