Hello, I'm Abedules.

My wife Diana and I moved here about 20years ago and converted our Cortijo (Farmhouse) for the purpose of running a small self-catering business which we thoroughly enjoy whilst indulging ourselves in the culture of this rural Spanish area. We are both past our "official" retirement age but have plenty of time for our cats and dogs including taking time off to visit family and friends across Spain and the UK. Although not fluent in the language we enjoy the challenges and camaraderie mixing with our guests​,​ the local traders and people of Cazorla. (When you get to our age you don't mind what you say to make oneself understood!!!) In our previous life​,​ I come from a building background and Diana from equestrian background whilst raising three children​,​ two of which live in Spain and one in the UK.
