The flat has a spare bedroom with a bed that can be made double, 2 bathrooms, sitting room, kitchen, dining / garden room and a garden that’s prob. not in a great state but I’ll try to improve it while I’m there. Normal mod cons incl. good Wi-Fi.

Can I give 10 stars? This housesit was one of my best experiences ever. The house was comfortable, well-equipped, beautiful, and even in a great location. The homeowner provided instructions, but frankly everything in the house was so logical that they were barely needed. When I did have a question she texted back right away. The garden was lovely and I was happy to do what I could to maintain it. The homeowner had a charm and a wit that made me feel so very welcome and at home -- I felt more like a long-lost comrade than someone new.
