We live on a livestock farm​,​ but you only need to care for our pets -1 Labrador & 2 Dachshunds. The dogs have access to most of the house but downstairs only. Our home is comfortable with 9 bedrooms and all mod cons that you might need. We have Wifi though it is not fast across the whole house. Housesitters will have their own bedroom​,​ and bathroom. We are in a rural location so you will need your own vehicle to housesit here. Oakham is a charming town only 4 miles away​,​ and Stamford is 6 miles away...both have good amenities and entertainments. We are located on the North side of Rutland Water​,​ which is famous for bird watching should that appeal to you. Also​,​ Burleigh House is also near Stamford and well worth a visit.
