Hello, I'm Nina Kassandra.

We live in a semi-detached house in a compound​,​ with about 50 houses.The compound is by the sea​,​ and has a large garden with a swimming pool. It has also a paddle tennis court. Location: Residencial La Borboleta. Location is west of San Luis de Sabinillas​,​ the center of Manilva community​,​ with banks​,​ post​,​ police​,​ restaurants​,​ etc. and between is Puerto de La Duquesa​,​ a smaller village with more restaurants and bars and a nice port. You walk to the beach from our house to La Duquesa in 10mins. If you do not have a car there are regular bus connections. Our house has 3 floors and two bedrooms​,​ one of them for guests. (Of the original 4 we have changed 2 bedrooms​,​ one to a big office and one to a walk-in-closet). We have three terrazas​,​ all with sea views.
