Martin and Eva​,​ both retired​,​ live in a fairly remote village in Dorset (10 miles to the nearest supermarket) but in a stunning location. We have two house cats who need love and affection on our regular trips abroad. Our home is in a fairly remote part of Dorset in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are wonderful views everywhere and we are well under 20 miles from the sea. We have a spacious cottage in a quiet location on a no-through road. A car is required as public transport is pretty much non-existent and the nearest towns are 10 miles away. There is a local shop half a mile away but the nearest supermarkets are in the towns. The local pub​,​ half a mile away​,​ is very welcoming. There are a number of very good pubs and restaurants in the vicinity.
