LOCATION - We live in a rural home in SWFrance about 30min from the pretty town of Angouleme​,​ 1hr from the City of Cognac​,​ 2hr from Bordeaux and 20mins from La Rochfoucauld a very pretty town with a lovely chateau. Limoges is just over an hour away. PROPERTY - The house is in a hamlet of 39 houses in the Charente region. We are 7 km from any commerce​,​ although there is a local bar open at weekends & a bread van comes round 3x​/​week. The house is by no means glamourous but has all essentials: dishwasher​,​ satellite tv​,​ wifi​,​ modern kitchen and bathroom with separate shower. PETS - There are currently 5 dogs and 7 cats. 3 of the dogs require walks every day and there are some pleasant walks around here. with hiking trails.
