OUR PETS
We have two cats, Thomas and Timon, brothers aged two. Both have sweet natures with one more adventurous than the other. Both are tabbies with a bit of Persian. They live indoors and also spend a lot of time outdoors. Both cats are healthy.
OUR HOME
Our home is a villa property with a swimming pool, large terrace and garden, in an active and friendly village. The living area of the house is open plan but still benefits from defined lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen and the adjoining 'petite cuisine' are fully equipped including hob, oven and grill, microwave, fridge/freezers, dishwasher, coffee machines and washing machine. There is plenty of cookware, utensils, crockery and glassware. The house has air conditioning available for the summertime which switches to heating for the cooler months, plus a log fire for when the weather gets chilly. There is good Wi-Fi internet and English TV is available. We have a secluded garden with cypress, Mediterranean pine and olive trees and a boules pitch. A few flower pots on the terrace may need to be watered.
OUR LOCATION
We live at the edge of the village and it is only a 10 min walk to the centre with a bakery, café/deli/bistro, restaurant and small Friday morning market. There are vineyards and countryside all around us giving us a very peaceful environment. In the nearby historic town of Uzes there are doctors, post office, banks, restaurants and all usual services. There is a large market on Saturday mornings and a produce market on Wednesday mornings. There is much to explore in the area.
In the Gard there are many places to visit.
