We live in a pretty English village called Chobham in Surrey. Chobham is country village charm at its best with a thriving high street that’s packed with a Norman church​,​ 16th century independent shops yet still within easy commuting distance to London. Three good pubs in the High Street including a micropub with 3 cask hand pumps and 2 more at the opposite end of the village; all within 10 mins walk of the property. Chobham Common within 200metres is the largest National Nature Reserve in the south of England​,​ a walker’s paradise and home to more than 100 different types of bird species. Chobham even has its own micro museum open Saturday and Sunday and weekly Farmers Market in the village Hall Woking is a 10 min drive away with regular trains into London which take about 30 mins. Other local attractions within 15 miles are Windsor​,​ Guildford​,​ Hampton Court​,​ Richmond Park​,​ Chessington World of Adventures and Thorpe Park. …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… Housesitters will need to care for our home and care for the cat.
