Generously sized 4-bed family home with mature garden on a quiet development in Liphook. Walking distance to local amenities including the village green, Sainsbury's, pharmacy and train station (London Waterloo - Portsmouth line).
There's a large driveway, space for a modestly sized car in the garage, a lovely private garden, decent WiFi, and own double bedroom with king-sized bed and plenty of drawers plus some hanging space in wardrobes.
Basil is a little timid towards new people but settles quickly. He needs a main walk in the morning - I normally pop him in the car as there are 3-4 lovely but different walks within a few minutes' drive. He only needs an ambling walk of about 30-45 minutes. He can be off lead in most places as stays close by (dawdling and sniffing a lot!). He tends to bark at approaching dogs but is usually fine when they are nose to nose (it's fairly easy to get his attention / distract with a treat!) For the last few months I've been giving him a shorter walk in the evening too - usually just walking from the house to the village green. Two mainly kibble meals a day with medications in the morning, and avoid over-exercise due to age and problems with hind legs - will explain all!
The house does have a weekly cleaner and fortnightly gardener but the sitter should also keep it in good condition and water houseplants, garden pots and borders regularly.
