Retired therapist​,​ living with my dog Billy in a Victorian terraced house near all amenities in the lively town of Eastbourne flanked by the South Downs National Park. We're 2 mins walk from the local park​,​ 10 mins from the beach and 15 mins to the station and main shopping area. There is ample free parking outside the house and helpful neighbours either side and a patio garden surrounded by plants which is sunny all day long and has 24hr access via a dog flap. Billy is a miniature poodle 17 months old. Sweet boy​,​ lovely nature​,​ chipped and up to date with all vet treatments.
