The house is a detached modern 3 bedroom property situated in a quiet cul de sac on the edge of the village of Lyndhurst It’s only a short walk into the village where there are lots of pubs and restaurants There is also a local pub just a 5 minute walk away There are many local walks to enjoy all within easy reach Southampton is a 20 minute drive away and we are in easy driving distance to Winchester and Salisbury There is a mainline railway station in Southampton and local airports at Eastleigh and Bournemouth

We had a wonderful stay over the Easter weekend, looking after the sweetest Lab Nell who is an absolute dream, Nell is such a well behaved girl, is really good off lead, really sociable and loves being stroked she is very loving. The house is beautiful with all the mod cons, comfy bed, very clean, homely a has a lovely garden. It is in a beautiful part of the New Forest within walking distance to the village of Lyndhurst and about 20 minutes to Lymington. There are plenty to do and lots of places to explore.
