OUR PROPERTY
As our housesitters you will be staying in our rental property attached to main house. This is kept to a good standard, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms (1 bedroom available for your use). There is also a small swimming pool for your use.
Garden - There is a garden surrounding the house and mill, some watering would be appreciated. We have back garden with fruit trees: 4 orange trees, 1 grapefruit trees, 2 lemon trees, 1 lime tree an apricot tree and a pear tree - you are welcome to whatever is ready to eat at the time.
Possible Hens - We have a chicken coup on the property, and we aim to have 4 hens installed by the time of your arrival. Daily feeding would be important. We can show you how, no previous experience necessary. Feel free to use all the eggs.
The property itself is four and a half acres; you are welcome to discover the wildflowers and unpaved grounds.
LOCATION
2km from the town of FELANITX- There you'll find all the amenities you will need, including a Sunday farmers market.
15 min drive - MANACOR - this is the second largest town after PALMA.
15 min drive - The seaside at Porto Colom, a lovely place.
The house has a wonderful view of San Salvador, the mountain itself has stunning views over the island.
CONTACT ON THE ISLAND - We have a nephew on the island who will be your emergency contact. We'll provide his contact details.
CAR - You will need a vehicle to do this housesit so we can provide a vehicle subject to your drivers licence.
