OUR HOME -
Its a really nice 5 bedroom house with 4 bathrooms (note. the bedrooms are all downstairs, but we have a lift!!) With stunning views of forest, rolling hills and a tidal river. We have frogs hedgehogs, rabbits, buzzards, heron, sparrowhawks and Tawny owls in the garden regularly.
OUR LOCATION -
We're in the historic town of Bideford, North Devon in the UK. The house is a 15 minute walk to the town centre, but we live on top of hill so worth noting if you are on foot. The town is on the estuary of the River Torridge, our garden overlooks the estuary. There is lots to do locally including the Tarka Trail which is about 1 mile from the house - a 180 mile hiking/ cycling trail - https://tarkatrail.org.uk . Also the popular seaside villages of Westward Ho and Appledore are each about 10-15 minutes by car.
