Hello, I'm Stephen.

My name is Stephen and I am a retired Metropolitan Police Officer, and my wife Kay is a retired medical professional. We have a cat called Oscar, and we live in a traditional Spanish home in the Alicante countryside just a 5 min drive to Pinoso, and 45 min from the beaches in Alicante.

My Properties

We live in a traditional Spanish home near the town of Pinoso in Alicante in Spain. The house has four bedrooms, and a courtyard with an eating area. We do get sunny days in November and eat out ourselves. The pool is available (17m long x 4m wide). Neighbours are located about 100 metres away, with 5 houses in our hamlet, set in farmland and vineyards. Weekly market selling produce, clothes and household items every Saturday in Pinoso (5 min by car). We also have podegas selling good wines all affordable within a short drive. There are excellent beaches in Alicante, just 45 min away.
