I live just on the edge of Warwick, the Rose City, on 5 acres in my refurbished sandstone farmhouse. Lovely quiet spot with beautiful views, kangaroos and birds for visitors, with town centre just 7 minutes away.
Everything you need from Bunnings, Doctors, Chemist, Hospital, Sports Centre with indoor and outdoor pools, Gyms, Coles, Woolworths etc all here.
Toowoomba closest major city about 45mins and Brisbane about 2 hrs away.
There are lovely places to visit from Wineries, to mountains and waterfalls.
I am positive that anyone coming to stay will enjoy the break.
