Louise was a lovely person to housesit for. She was very warm and friendly. She made her instructions very clear, which was extremely helpful. She was very easy to communicate with. Holly, her dog, is the sweetest dog on the planet and a joy to take care of. I had a wonderful, relaxing time taking care of Louise's house and Holly.
