Debbie was a 2nd mum to Kitkat! She sat for us for 2 months from mid-October to mid-December in 2024 (and for 6 weeks in November to mid-December in 2025). We live in a fairly remote area of Derbyhire and Debbie arrived in good time. Debbie brings her own cat Molly, who is also a mature cat, and is an indoor cat, so she never strays out and doesn't interact with Kitkat. Debbie knows her felines and her advice was welcome when she gave it, knowing what is best for a mature lady like Kitkat; from food to love and cuddles, which there were plenty of from Debbie. Debbie without asking, sent a daily report of Kitkat in close attendance, whilst Debbie attended to business (as she works from home). The daily photos she sent attest to Kitkat resting in her fav chairs and other loctions whilst Debbie was doing other things. Debbie is fastidious in looking after Kitkat, and nothing was too much trouble, including multiple litter trays! She is also fastidious in keepig our home "prestigious", no stone is unturned. In addition, her IT skills are excellent and she can well run our household, contacting various providers for us (internet, electric, plumber) to sort out out any issues both major and minor. In fact Debbie is all round gifted and talented. She runs her own business, not that it got in the way of her pet sitting duties. In fact, quite the opposite, as we learned quite a lot about Kitkat via Debbie's suggestions and advice. We thoroughly recommend Debbie, and if Kitkat could speak, she'd echo these comments and we bet she's missing her 2nd mum!

If ever there was a reason for having a house sitter it was this week. Deb had to contend with exterior painters (landlord mandated), a roof leak and a global internet outage and did so with aplomb. We are very grateful for all her efforts with these as well as taking such good care of Luna. She communicated continuously and left the place immaculate. Debbie is a five star sitter... she was reliable in every way possible. Millicent -Rain is an elderly cat who likes no fuss just someone kind to be around and Debbie was that lovely person. We had regular feedbacks throughout our time away and lots of lovely photos. Our flight was delayed and we arrived back very late. We came back to a sparkling house ( more sparkling than before !) and a very chilled cat !Debbie had left us a lovely card and the most beautiful orchid in addition to bread and strawberries for our breakfast which we really appreciated. She is a very kind and lovely person with a heart of gold and comes highly recommended from us .

Back yesterday after a week away, to our very happy and relaxed cats... to the point that I am not even sure that they wanted us back!! I wonder whether they wouldn't have preferred to keep Debbie a bit longer :-) That said, our experience with Debbie was immaculate and everything from the start to the end was very smooth, highly professional and trustworthy. I can't recommend Debbie enough as Debbie is a luxury house and pet sitter. It's obvious that Debbie treated our cats as if they were hers, Debbie respected our house highly and we even got back to some amazing generous gestures and attention. Debbie is extremely generous with her time and dedicated to her house sits. The communication was flawless and a real pleasure too. It's always nerve racking for me to leave my pets behind but this particular time was exceptionally easy and I can't thank Debbie enough for this. If I could leave more than 5 stars for Debbie, I would do. Her care for my house and my dog and cat were above and beyond my expectations. Debbie is a fun, lively lady when you first meet her but beyond that what you get is a competent, responsible, kind and thoughtful housesitter. Milo and Daisy were very well looked after - I couldn't ask for more. And my house was left in a very clean and fresh condition. My only regret is that I didn't get to meet Molly but you'd never know she'd been here. I would have no hesitation in booking Debbie again.

This was our first experience using a house sitter service and Debbie has made it an absolute joy. She has been flexible, supportive, helpful and most of all totally fabulous with Cody. She helped me know what to leave, what to tell her about - how to make it easier for her to settle in. Debbie communicated just the right amount while we were away. She asked questions that she needed to (which is really reassuring to know that she was relaxed about doing that) and shared snippets of what was going on back at home (and the fun Cody was having!) whilst totally enabling us to relax and enjoy our holiday. We came back to an absolutely spotless house and happy doggy. You wouldn't have known that Debbie had been (apart from the milk and bread so very kindly left for us). I have to admit to having been a bit anxious about the whole experience but can honestly say that Debbie has made me a total convert to the housesitting experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend her and do hope we can have her back at some point. I'm very sure that Cody is missing her!

It was our first time using a house sitting service so we were obviously a bit apprehensive. We have two dogs with different needs and had organised a plumber and painter/ decorator to come in whilst we were away. Debbie took on everything we threw at her. We had regular updates and photos and were pleased that if she had a question or came upon a problem she asked us immediately. On our return there was milk and bread, a plant with a card which was very thoughtful. The kitchen, bathrooms etc were washed and bleached. The house was very tidy and most importantly the dogs were happy, if not a little full of treats! Thanks to Debbie we shall use this house sitting service again.

We feel very lucky to have encountered and trusted Debbie and her cat Molly, to look after our Daisy and the house! Debbie arranged to meet us all a few days before the house sitting started, and immediately a rapport was built. Such a positive and lively attitude! Debbie was very attentive towards Daisy, keeping us in the loop throughout her stay. The house was returned spotless, with a full debrief. Impressive indeed. Despite our initial hesitation about having another cat in the house, it REALLY worked, as Molly was kept in Debbie’s room (she is a mature cat) and not an issue whatsoever. We would love to have Debbie and Molly back to the house again soon.
