I am an English teacher by profession and therefore, as people are always keen to point out, have a reasonable amount of holidays throughout the year. I am in my late 50s with four adult children who are all independent and enjoying their own busy lives. I am houseproud, respectful and enjoy the quiet life ( some may say "sad" as I like to be in bed by 9pm) so you will not find me raving until the early hours and upsetting the neighbours ! I would not like to look after large animals, rodents and reptiles but am happy with small dogs and cats or older dogs (big or small). Also happy to just take care of your home if you need it occupied whilst away or it is on the market and you wish to show potential buyers.
