I just wanted to sit down and write to you both from the bottom of my heart as you prepare to return home. It’s hard to believe we have been wonderful neighbors for almost three years. These past few years living next to you have been such a warm and precious part of my time in Abu Dhabi. I have always felt incredibly lucky and grateful to have met such kind, genuine, and wonderful people right next door. What I cherish the most about our friendship is how deeply you have loved and cared for Snowy. Anyone can see how fond she is of you both. She always lingers at your doorstep, sniffing around patiently, hoping to pop in and say hello and play with you. Over these years, you have become her favorite “family friends”. I cannot thank you enough for all the love and care you have given to Snowy all this time. Whenever I was out during the day, travelling for work, or on vacation, you selflessly looked after her for me. You never hesitated to check on her, keep her company, and spoil her with so many delicious treats. It means the world to me that you treated my little dog with such tenderness, generosity, and genuine love. I also want to express my deepest gratitude for the past three months. Due to the ongoing conflict, I was stuck abroad and unable to come back to Abu Dhabi. If it weren’t for your devoted care, I would have had no choice but to leave Snowy in a pet boarding facility, which would have been really tough for her. Thanks to you, she stayed safe and sound through these unsettling days filled with unrest. Snowy is truly blessed to have your thoughtful protection and loving company. I also hope her little presence brought you joy and comfort during this period, just as you brought so much peace to her. Thanks to you, Snowy has always been happy, safe, healthy, and full of joy. She has grown up surrounded by your kindness, and I truly believe she feels your sincere love every single day.
