My name is Brian I am a retired farmer and my wife a house keeper is Esme we have been running a 220 acre a Dartmoor hill farm in Devon UK and a Bed & Breakfast for last 40 years . We have two grown up girls and 3 grand children. Before that we worked in hotels my wife a head recepsionist and my self a Head chef, On our farm we have lived in our lovely traditional farm house now for 52 years which we have loved and looked after .We kept numerous animals over the years and have truly been devoted them which we shall be with any petsits or animals we get to take care of . We kept mainly cows mostly Hereford 200 head and 600 sheep Welsh mountain , cheviot and laterly lleynys we bred a few horses mainly American Quarter horses and also the chickens for our own supply of eggs at home which we still do .I use to milk a house cow our girls had there small pets rabbits Guinea pigs and also a Vietnamese pot belly pig called Petra Nella We had over the years several dogs which we loved mainly sheep dogs also we liked terriers Jack Russells Yorkies Australian Terriers . We both like to travel and have been lucky to have traveled to many countries in the later years with our children grown up and grand children now able to running the farm in there own right letting us us go off on our travels. What ever animal it is you want us to look after you can rest assured we will look after it as our own We are quite fit for our age with no ailments agile and try to keep it that way .
